Summer, sun, barbecue - no problem!

You want to organize a small barbecue party at the campus in Großhadern, but you don't feel like carrying your barbecue that far? That's what we are there for. In the basement we have a barbecue with a size of 90 x 200 cm. So it is no problem to even host a bigger party. The barbecue is still quite new. To keep it that way, we charge a deposit of 50 € for each barbecue. Of course it will be returned if everything is clean and still working. Please mark that you have to organize the cleaning stuff by yourself. With the barbecue also comes a grill tong, which we also want back clean. In case of loss or damage we will keep 10 € of the deposit.

Please remember that barbecuing is only allowed outside the Mensa and at the barbecue areas in front of House E, House D and House B, so that the guards don't blow up your barbecue party. Don't forget to reserve the appropriate rooms and places before your party!

Without music life is only half as nice and every party simply boring.

You can borrow our big sound system. Since the equipment was quite expensive, we have to work with a deposit of 200 €. On top of that we have a rental fee of 30 €. In case of improper storage or damage, the deposit will also be retained, so please bring it back to us in complete working order. The system is easily sufficient to provide sound for the entire cafeteria, the courtyard or a seminar room including the foyer. Connecting it to an Mp3 player or a laptop is no problem. The package comes in a handy box with all the necessary cables and plugs and a simple instruction manual.

For smaller celebrations such as lab-ending parties we also have a small system for you. This is usually sufficient for a seminar room. For the small system you only have to pay a deposit of 50 € and a rental fee of 5 €.
