Life can get on top of anyone. And sometimes you feel like it's just too much. Talking helps, even anonymously. Anyone who wishes to can use the telephone counseling service (Telefonseelsorge) free of charge at any time. Many also offer an online chat. If you prefer, you can also speak with a counselor in person.
You are not alone with your problems.
